We are expanding our services and are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Vancouver office.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an intuitive and compassionate LPN who can anticipate changes in patient conditions, helping to prevent hospital readmissions and ensure continuous, optimal care.
You'll play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction, quality, and safety through regular contact and quality assurance visits.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document clients' physical and psychological conditions.
  • Provide training and oversight for CAREGivers both in-office and in the field.
  • Supervise, guide, and work alongside our Health Care Aides.
  • Conduct specialized training for CAREGivers handling high-needs clients.
  • Act as an expert adviser regarding medication services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all relevant interactions with clients, their representatives, and CAREGivers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications:
    • Licensed and practicing with British Columbia College of Nursing and Midwives (BCCNM).
    • Clean Driver's License and Abstract. You would have use of company car.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Successful reference check.

    • Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a self-driven environment.

  • Competitive Salary: LPNs are offered $33-$41 or $68,640-$85,300 per year depending on experience.
